Structured data, without writing JSON by hand.

Schema markup is how you tell Google and AI search what your business is, what you sell, and who you serve. Most local sites have none of it. Fill this in, copy the result, paste it into the head of your page. That is the whole job.

Where does this go?

Paste it into the head of the page

The whole block, script tags included, goes inside the head of the page it describes. LocalBusiness goes on your homepage or contact page. A Service block goes on that service's page. FAQ goes on the page where those questions are visibly written.

One page, one set of facts

Do not put your LocalBusiness markup on every page. Once, on the page that represents the business, is right. Repeating it everywhere does not help and makes it harder to keep consistent.

Test it before you trust it

Run the page through Google's Rich Results Test after you paste it. This tool produces valid JSON, but only you know whether the facts inside it are true.

A warning about review markup

You will see tools offering to generate Review or AggregateRating markup for your own business on your own site. Do not. Google dropped support for self serving review markup in 2019, so it earns no rich result and it is against the guidelines. Show your real reviews as page content and link out to your profile instead.
